The monocratic decision handed down by the Presidency of the Federal Supreme Court in request for Extraordinary Appeal n. 1,371,786 of the State of Pernambuco, which configured the theme n. 1193 of the Court, filed by the Federal Union in view of a decision rendered by the Federal Regional Court of the Fifth Region that authorized the non-payment, by the individual, of the social contribution referred to in art. 1 of Complementary Law no. 110/2001, for alleged incompatibility with the content of Constitutional Amendment n. 33/2001.
