The text, centered on the challenges of the Italian dynamic, analyzes some forms of infrastructure management. It investigates the mechanisms for financing projects. To this end, the examination covers both classical tools and more controversial ones that are linked, such as golden power, for example. It is a panoramic study that allows for the comparison of both legal aspects and other more concrete issues. The role played by the “Cassa Depositi e Prestiti” (CDP) is considered. The opportunities presented by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) are also mentioned. The article does not identify a specific problem, nor does it propose universal solutions; however, as mentioned, it contributes to broadening perceptions about the stage of the discussion in other socioeconomic realities.
